Warning Signs of Suicide
Most suicidal individuals give warning signs or signals of their intentions. The best way to prevent suicide is to recognize these warning signs and know how to respond if you spot them.

If a friend or family member tells you that they’re thinking about death or suicide, it’s important to evaluate the immediate danger the person is in.

ABOUT SRI LANKA SUMITHRAYO
Sri Lanka Sumithrayo is a government-approved charity founded in 1974 by the late Mrs. Joan De Mel and was incorporated by Act of Parliament No.10 of 1986. Srilanka Sumithrayo is a registered member of Befrienders Worldwide and functions as a non-political, non-religious organization focused on providing emotional support to help those at risk of suicide.
